We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Items must be:

In original packaging
Returns that show wear, damage, or missing components may be denied.
Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing. (Your bank or card issuer may take additional time.)

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us. We’ll help you process a return and place a new order for the item you want.
Return Shipping Requirements
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
All return shipments must be prepaid using your preferred carrier. To ensure safe delivery, please follow these requirements:

Insure the package for the full value of the item(s) plus any shipping charges

Select signature required upon delivery
You are responsible for the package until it is delivered to True Pure Gold. If a package is lost, damaged, or mishandled in transit and was not insured, you assume full liability. Insurance is typically a minimal cost and protects the total amount you originally paid.
All returns, exchanges, and repairs must be shipped through carriers that offer tracking, insurance, and delivery confirmation.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing.
